These Terms of Service govern use of the Halo Metal Prep QuickBooks Online connector.
This service is provided for Halo Metal Prep internal business use and approved operational workflows. Access is limited to authorized users and approved technical systems.
Users may connect QuickBooks Online and use the service to create, update, and manage items, categories, and related accounting references in support of Halo Metal Prep operations.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse Intuit credentials, interfere with service availability, or use the connector for unlawful activity.
Users are responsible for validating imported and synchronized data before production use. Halo Metal Prep is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect source data, user configuration errors, or third-party service outages.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.
This service depends on third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Halo Metal Prep Inc. disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this service.
