Halo Metal Prep Inc. operates this QuickBooks Online connector to support internal accounting and item synchronization workflows.
When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online, this application accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data needed to create, update, and manage items and related metadata. This can include company identifiers, item records, category structures, account references, and OAuth tokens.
We use the data only to support Halo Metal Prep business operations, including synchronization of products and services, pricing structures, category assignments, and internal accounting workflows.
We do not sell QuickBooks Online data. We do not share QuickBooks Online data with unrelated third parties except when required for hosting, security, legal compliance, or service delivery on behalf of Halo Metal Prep.
OAuth credentials and related configuration data are stored on controlled servers used by Halo Metal Prep. We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to limit unauthorized access.
We retain connected data and connection credentials only as long as needed for operational, accounting, security, and compliance purposes, or as otherwise required by law or contract.
Authorized users can revoke QuickBooks Online access by disconnecting the application through Intuit or by contacting Halo Metal Prep.
